Today, we will be taking a look at the KAISPE IoT Portal specifically designed and developed for end users who need a simple, web based solution to maintain IoT devices along with device telemetry and other useful information.

KAISPE IoT Portal is a fully functional, user friendly web portal that lets non-technical staff in an organization register field IoT devices with Microsoft Azure IoT Hub. Users don’t have to login to Microsoft Azure to register and maintain devices. They can simply login to device portal to add and delete devices, add telemetry information, device groups etc. It also comes with a very intuitive dashboard that provides key insights into device side information for example, total number of connected devices, offline devices, device to cloud and cloud to device messages etc.

Users can add endless Telemetry information to meet their specific business scenario needs. Whether you are working with industrial air compressors or water irrigation efficiency, your IoT implementation will have various Devices and Telemetry that you will have to manage and track in order to remotely monitor or maintain your key assets. Our portal provides you with a single place to maintain all such information.

A very interesting functionality is for the users to develop rules on device telemetry information. These could be simple rules involving one telemetry or more complex rules involving multiple telemetries. These rules are then evaluated in cloud and appropriate actions can be taken when rules are violated for example, sending an email notification or raise a ticket in asset maintenance application etc.

Using the Admin portal, power users like administrators can also add other users in the organization and assign them relevant security role.

The device portal can also work with other IoT platforms besides Microsoft Azure IoT, so users have a greater flexibility working with different IoT scenarios.

If you would like to know more about the portal and want to see a demo, please feel free to email us at info@kaispe.com
