During the interview, the interviewer receives the summarization of the candidate, allowing for a more focused and productive discussion. Once the candidate is approved, we will send both the CV and the summarization for the HR department’s records.

Candidate submits the CV to the e-Recruitment portal after signing into the account for relevant job or simply email to HR.

Step #2

With the help of Microsoft Power Platform AI Builder, the extracted information from the CV will be sent to ChatGPT for summarization of the information for candidate.

Step #3

During interview, the interviewer gets the summarization of the candidate.

In that approval we will be sending the candidate’s CV and summarization.
