Employees of an organization can use the app to create and submit applications to attend a training program or course selected from the training catalog. The catalog is maintained in the SharePoint list with training providers’ information. Once the training application is approved through the approval workflow, employees can register themselves for the program or it can also be done by the Training or HR manager. Employees can also view or edit past training applications. Post program/course evaluation survey is also provided to the employee once the training is completed. The survey form has been developed using Microsoft Forms and can be customized accordingly.
